By public transport, take the RER B to Gare du Nord then go to the Château Landon station on line 7 to Aubervilliers 4 Chemins, at 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Travel time: about 60 minutes.

By public transport, take metro line 14 from Orly to Pyramides, then line 7 to Aubervilliers 4 Chemins, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Travel time: about 60 minutes.

What is the closest metro to the 'apartment?
The apartment is in Aubervilliers, near Porte de la Villette, 5 minutes walk from the Aubervilliers 4 Chemins metro station on metro line 7. It is located 3 minutes walk from the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
Is the center of Paris easily accessible from the apartment?
Line 7 is convenient to reach the center of Paris from the apartment. The Louvre is about 25 minutes away by metro line 7. The Eiffel Tower is about 35 minutes away by taking lines 7 then 9 to Trocadéro.
ACCESS THE APARTMENT
What are the arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) times?
- Arrival (check-in) can be from 5:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. at the latest
- Departure (check-out) is before 12:00 p.m. at the latest
How do I access the apartment?
Entry is done independently via a key box.
When will the arrival instructions be sent?
All details for accessing the apartment are sent the day before your arrival, including the codes for the key box and the building's digital code.
How do I get to the building?
The main door to the building is made of glazed wood (see photo below), which opens with the digital code provided in the arrival instructions.
The second door: dial the apartment code provided, then ring the bell by pressing the third button from the left at the top of the panel (see video below).
Do you have a parking space?
There is no parking with the accommodation. You can park in a private car park or on the street.

Street parking: Paid parking Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm, free on Sundays, public holidays, and in August.
Is the building secure?
There is a digital code and access via an intercom for the second door. In addition, there is a surveillance camera in the lobby of the building as well as at the parking lot access.
Can I drop off my luggage in the morning or early afternoon and come back to check in afterwards?
It is not possible to welcome you and store your luggage in the morning or early afternoon because there are travelers in the apartment until 12 p.m. and the cleaning must be done before your arrival, which can be done as early as 5 p.m.
If necessary for luggage, you can use the website Nannybag to drop them off before going to the apartment. It's about 6 euros per bag.
THE BATHROOM
Are towels provided?
Yes, one towel per guest is provided during your stay.
Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, a hairdryer is available in the cabinet under the bathroom sink.
Are soap and shampoo provided?
No, there is however liquid hand soap at the bathroom sink.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, with laundry detergent too.
MAIN ROOM
Is the sofa bed made for two people?
Once unfolded (width 140 cm length 190 cm), the sofa bed can accommodate two adults.
Are the bed linens and sofa bed provided? ?
Yes, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are provided.
I can't find linen for the sofa bed?
If there are only two of you, linen is not provided for the sofa bed. However, it can be provided upon request.
How do you open the clic clac?
Just remove the cover from the clic clac and stand in front of it, raise the seat slightly and then pull it towards you while moving backwards.

How do I access wifi?

Is there an iron and an ironing board?
Yes, the ironing board is a small side table. They are in the wardrobe next to the bed.
How do I turn on the heating?
This is a collective heating system. You have to turn on the radiator knob next to the main window, knowing that the temperatures of the central boiler are managed via an external sensor. Due to climate issues, the heating is calibrated to obtain 19 degrees inside the apartment, in accordance with French state regulations.
KITCHEN
What type of coffee machine is provided?
There is a filter coffee machine, the filters of which are provided. There is also a Nespresso machine, however you must bring your own capsules. It is possible to buy some in the supermarket (Franprix) two minutes from the apartment.
How is the kitchen equipped?
The kitchen has all the necessary household appliances (fridge, freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven) and the essentials for cooking (pots, pans, etc.) and eating & drinking (forks, knives, dishes, cups, glasses, etc.).
Where is the trash room?
It is located on the ground floor, when exiting the elevator on the left at the end of the corridor. For recyclable waste, use the first trash cans. For the rest, open the door next door with the second key recovered from the key box. The trash cans are just on your left as you exit (see photo below):

I can't find the cutlery?
They are in the drawer just below the hob, and above the oven (see the image below):
WHEN YOU LEAVE
What should I do before I leave?
- Close the sofa bed and put the cover back on
- Remove the sheets and duvet covers, leave them on the bed
- Do the dishes if you used them
- Lock the door properly and put the keys back in the key box
- Check that you haven't forgotten anything before you leave
I forgot something in the apartment ?
Forgotten items (clothes, keys, jewelry, etc.) can be sent or collected after agreeing on the terms.
